Pony Fit
Are you an animal lover that is looking to get more steps in? Great news! Our ponies and people lovers that also need to get their steps in!
This laid back program is an opportunity to get to know our rescue herd, understand their individual care needs, help them stay in shape and mentally stimulated!
Pony Therapy
Pony therapy has been shown to help lower stress levels, promote serotonin production, cut anxiety, and reduce high blood pressure. Research has shown that simply petting an animal lowers the stress hormone cortisol , while the social interaction between people and the ponies actually increases levels of the feel-good hormone oxytocin (the same hormone that bonds mothers to babies).
We welcome groups of all ages and sizes to join us Monday – Friday.
Equine Assisted Learning
At Ponies with Purpose, we believe in the power of personal growth and transformation. Looking for a fun and unique date night idea that will also help you learn about your communication style and strengthen your relationship?
To make things even easier we have a babysitting service available while you spend some quality time with your partner and our ponies!
