At Ponies and Pipsqueaks we are always seeking out the right individuals to join our team. If you love the idea of spending your time outdoors, working with ponies and kids, this is the perfect job for you!
The perfect candidate to work at Ponies and Pipsqueaks is over 16, has reliable transportation to and from the farm and LOVES ponies and children. An enthusiastic, energetic and reliable team player that is available on weekends and/or weekdays during the summer would be a great fit on our team.
Previous horse experience is NOT required but a positive attitude is a must!
Duties include:
- Leading ponies for pony rides
- Working with children 3 and up
- Teaching children proper grooming techniques and pony care
- Guiding children through programs and staying on schedule
- Set up and cleanup of programs
- Basic pony care
- Arts and Crafts
- Maintaining a safe environment at all times
- Assist with pony training and exercising

Volunteers
Volunteering is a great way to gain job experience and enhance post secondary school applications. Volunteers at Ponies and Pipsqueaks have the opportunity to gain horse and pony experience while having fun with kids! Volunteers also have the first chance to apply for paid positions before they are advertised to the public.
We are always looking for enthusiastic, high energy individuals with a positive attitude that don’t mind getting a little dirty to help enhance our programs. No horse experience required.
