Some children seem to be born horse lovers but many barns do not offer lessons until 8 years old. Our pony lead line lessons are a great way to build even the youngest of riders confidence.
Program Details
- Ages 4+
- 4 week program or 1 time experience
- Up to 1 hour in length
- Private, one on one instruction
- Helmet provided
- Maximum rider weight of 135lbs. and/or height of 5’4″ tall
Cost: $85.00 + GST (1 time experience) $280.00 + GST (4 week session)
**PLEASE NOTE** Lesson length depends on child’s interest level.
Sample Itinerary for Lead Line Lessons
First 20 minutes – Groom and tack up pony
Next 20 minutes – lead line riding lesson focusing on posture and seat, learning aids, transitions and steering. Instructor will have contact with pony throughout lesson.
Last 20 minutes – Untack, cool down, groom and put tack away.
