    Pony therapy has been shown to help lower stress levels, promote serotonin production, cut anxiety, and reduce high blood pressure. Research has shown that simply petting an animal lowers the stress hormone cortisol , while the social interaction between people and the ponies actually increases levels of the feel-good hormone oxytocin (the same hormone that bonds mothers to babies).

    This flexible, drop-in program is designed to offer farm fun on a toddlers schedule. Whether your child wants to groom the ponies, play in the castle, help with barn chores or simply pet one of the barn cats, Pony Playtime is tailored to what your child is drawn to on any given day. Parents and caregivers will also enjoy a chance to take a break from the real world and enjoy a little farm life while getting to know our lovely herd of rescue ponies.

  • Field Trip – School Group Package

    First 20 minutes - Review farm safety and pony trick demo. Group will be split into 3 smaller groups to rotate through 3 stations Station 1 - Farm tour with horse markings scavenger hunt Station 2 - Pony grooming lesson and leading lesson Station 3 - Castle playtime and games
