Volun-TEEN Training Program

Build your resume or improve your university application while caring for amazing rescue ponies and creating magical experiences for children. Does it get any better?
Our Volun-TEEN’s need to be outgoing, enthusiastic, high energy individuals with a positive attitude that don’t mind getting a little dirty, or a little silly, to help enhance our programs. No horse experience required.
This 7 week training program qualifies your teen to volunteer on weekends and summers at Ponies and Pipsqueaks.
Training Program Details:
- Ages 13 – 19
- April 27 – June 8 – 2:30pm – 4:00pm
- No previous horse or pony experience necessary
Once trained, Volun-TEEN’s are expected to volunteer a minimum of 3 hours/month. Duties include:
Pony Care
Spring Break/Summer Camp Helper
Weekend Program assistant
Special Event Ambassador
Assistance at promotional events like Fair’s and Festivals
Barn Chores
