Birthday Party Refund Policy:
Please note a $100 of your payment is considered a deposit to hold a party spot and it is non-refundable.
More than 30 days before party: full refund less $100 deposit
29 – 15 days before party: 100% credit less $100 deposit
14 – 3 days before party: 50% credit less $100 deposit
Less than 72 hours notice: 0% refund or credit
ALL of our programs proceed RAIN or SHINE.
Please note: Tickets are transferable. If you are not able to attend your program please feel free to find a friend to take your space. If your space can be filled we are happy to issue you a refund.
Camp Refund Information:
Refunds for programs will be made if requested in writing, by email and will be refunded in accordance with the following schedule:
60 days before the program begins: full refund less $100 deposit
59-30 days before the program begins: full credit less $100 deposit
29 or less days before program begins: 0% refund or credit

No Refunds for Partial Program Attendance or Illness:
We do not give refunds or credits when someone chooses to leave a program part way through, whether due to illness, or any other reason.

Credit can be obtained for the refund amount to use towards another program if the guidelines are met, and the program date is within the same calendar year.
