Sample Itinerary for a Party at Ponies and Pipsqueaks

First 20 minutes – greet your guests and complete your picture frame Next Hour – Pony Time – theme of your choice (costumes/quest are not available in the winter months) Last 40 minutes – place photos we took into your frames and time for food or cake (all food/drinks provided by you)

First 5 minutes – Review safety and hand out groom boxes Next 10 minutes – Learn to groom pony using 4 different brushes Next 10 minutes – Pony photo booth Next 10 minutes – Fit helmets and saddle pony Last 20-25 minutes – Pony rides – 2 rounds/child

Let’s talk guests!

Our Pony party packages are set up for up to 8 children. Please contact us if you plan on having more than 8 guests. We are happy to accommodate larger groups using a different party format. Additional fees will apply.  Please email info@poniesandpipsqueaks.com to discuss customizing your perfect pony party! We are happy to customize parties for any age, please contact us to discuss the endless possibilities! PLEASE  NOTE:  As per our insurance policy, riders must be a minimum of 3 years old. This is not negotiable regardless of how big/mature/intelligent your child is or how many times they’ve riden a pony/horse/camel/elephant or any other animal in the past. Being dishonest about your child’s age is considered child endangerment and fraud and could result in legal issues, charges or fines. PLEASE NOTE:  Our ponies have a maximum rider weight of 95lbs or height of 5 feet tall.

Children under 5 are require to have a parent or guardian present for the duration of the party. Children over 5 may be dropped off providing there is a minimum of 2 adults to supervise the group.

CLOSE TOED SHOES MUST BE WORN BY EVERYONE ON THE PROPERTY. THIS INCLUDES PARENTS AND SPECTATORS

Food

All food/drink and food related items such as plates/cup and napkins are supplied by YOU. Unfortunately we are not able to refrigerate or heat your food on the farm.

Please avoid bringing juice boxes if possible. The cellophane straw wrappers can easily blow away in a slight breeze and can be deadly if consumed by one of our animals with a mouthful of hay.

We will be starting off painting picture frames so it’s best to keep your food in your car initially. Once the craft is over, we will clean up the table and you can set up your food. Please do not serve food until your free time begins (last 40 minutes of party).

We are a pack it in/pack it out site. Just let us know if you need a garbage bag.

Parking and Other Frequently Asked Questions

We have 10 parking spaces available on the farm. If you have extra adults attending or have booked a larger group please keep this in mind as carpooling may be necessary. Offsite parking on Bear Hill Road is approx. a 5-10 minute walk from the barn.

Can we decorate? – We’ve got you covered! Our space is fully decorated. Balloons and pinatas are NOT permitted on the farm, save those for at home!

Can we come early to set up? – No need! You are welcome to arrive 5-10 minutes early to greet your guests however we will be starting off painting picture frames so it’s best to keep your food in your car initially. Once the craft is over, we will clean up the table and you can set up your food. Please do not serve food until your free time begins (last 40 minutes of party).

Can we bring our dog? – No, sorry. The farm is home to 4 lovely dogs that do not appreciate canine visitors. This includes dogs in vehicles.

Can older or younger siblings attend? – Yes! If you wish for siblings to take part in the activities they need to be included in your guest count. Siblings that are too young/old to participate in the craft or pony time, are welcome to attend as spectators.

Can we go pet those horses over there? – No, sorry. Not all of the horses are kid friendly and not all areas are kid safe. We ask our guests to remain in our designated area and refrain from taking self guided tours of the farm.

Party Refund Policy

Please note deposits to hold a party spot are non-refundable. Parties can be cancelled 72 hours in advance for a 50% credit.
